AMD Instinct MI440X

Announced at CES 2026 as part of the full AMD Instinct MI400 Series line-up, the MI440X is built on the 5th Gen AMD CDNA architecture and aimed at on-premises enterprise AI deployments, using a compact eight-GPU form factor that fits existing infrastructure for training, fine-tuning and inference. It sits between the MI430X, which targets high-precision scientific and HPC work, and the rack-scale MI455X. AMD has not published its detailed specifications.
