Samsung Exynos 7 Dual 7270

2C/2T · 1.0 GHz

The Samsung Exynos 7 Dual 7270 is a smartwatch chip announced in 2016 as the first wearable processor built on a 14 nm FinFET process with an integrated LTE Cat.4 modem. It pairs two Arm Cortex-A53 cores with a Mali-T720 GPU, and adds Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo positioning. Its SiP-ePoP package stacks the processor, DRAM, eMMC storage and power-management IC in a 10 x 10 mm footprint, about 30 percent thinner than its predecessor. It powered the Samsung Gear S3 and Gear Sport as well as the Casio G-Shock GSW-H1000.
