Rockchip RK1808

2C/2T · 1.6 GHz

AIoT processor that Rockchip unveiled at CES in January 2019, built on a 22 nm FD-SOI process. A dual-core Cortex-A35 CPU is paired with a neural processing unit rated at 3.0 TOPS for INT8, 300 GOPS for INT16 and 100 GFLOPS for FP16, with 2 MB of on-chip SRAM. There is no GPU; instead it offers 1080p60 H.264 decoding, 1080p30 encoding, MIPI camera and display interfaces, USB 3.0 and PCIe 2.1. It was used in AI compute sticks and development boards such as the Toybrick RK1808 and the 96Boards RK1808.
