OS support

Notes
Qualcomm supports Android and embedded Linux (Yocto) for this part through the Vision Intelligence 300 Platform BSP, with an AI stack targeting ONNX, TensorFlow, Caffe, Caffe2 and Android NN. There is no Windows support of any kind - this is an IoT camera SoC, not a Snapdragon compute platform. ChromeOS is not supported. Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch Linux have no official support for this SoC.
