Premium 4K smart TV chip in MediaTek's Pentonic family, announced in mid-2024. It supports 4K gaming at up to 165 Hz with variable refresh rate, 4K 120 Hz motion compensation and DisplayPort 1.4a, and decodes VVC (H.266), AV1, HEVC, VP9 and AVS3 with Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+ and HDR Vivid. MediaTek says its NPU is 50% faster than the previous generation while using 60% less memory bandwidth for AI super resolution and contrast enhancement.
