MediaTek MT6580

4C/4T · 1.3 GHz

The MediaTek MT6580 is a 32-bit quad-core 3G smartphone SoC from 2015 that became one of the most widely used chips in low-cost Android phones. It has four Arm Cortex-A7 cores at 1.3 GHz and a single-core Mali-400 GPU, and its integrated modem supports HSPA+ and TD-SCDMA but not 4G LTE. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio and GPS are integrated, and the chip remained in budget handsets for many years after launch.
