MediaTek MT2503

1C/1T

The MediaTek MT2503 is a single-chip SoC for smartwatches, kid watches and GPS trackers, extending the 2014 MT2502 Aster platform by integrating a GPS receiver on the chip. It runs a single ARM7EJ-S core at 260 MHz and combines it with a GSM/GPRS modem, Bluetooth and power management, so a 2G-connected wearable with location tracking needs very few extra components. The MT2502 and MT2503 family was later transferred to MediaTek's subsidiary Airoha.
