The MediaTek Helio P95 was announced in February 2020 as an upgrade of the Helio P90. It keeps the two Arm Cortex-A75 cores at 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, while the PowerVR GM9446 GPU and the APU 2.0 AI unit are about 10 percent faster than in the P90. It adds MediaTek HyperEngine game technology, supports cameras up to 64 MP or 24 MP + 16 MP dual cameras through a triple ISP, 2520 x 1080 displays, LPDDR4X memory up to 8 GB and an LTE Cat-12/Cat-13 modem with dual 4G VoLTE.
