The MediaTek Helio P23 (MT6763) was announced in August 2017 alongside the Helio P30 as a 16 nm chip for mid-range smartphones with dual cameras and 18:9 displays. It has eight Arm Cortex-A53 cores at up to 2.3 GHz and a Mali-G71 MP2 GPU at 770 MHz, supports 13 MP + 13 MP dual cameras or a single 24 MP camera and displays up to 2160 x 1080, and integrates an LTE Cat-7 modem with dual 4G VoLTE. A faster Helio P23T version runs at up to 2.5 GHz.
