The MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra is a customized edition of the Dimensity 8300 made for Xiaomi, debuting in the Redmi K70E in late 2023 and reaching global markets in the POCO X6 Pro in early 2024. It keeps the 8300's 4 nm design with four Cortex-A715 cores boosting up to 3.35 GHz, four Cortex-A510 cores, a six-core Mali-G615 GPU, LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. MediaTek's NPU 780 adds on-device generative AI support, while HyperEngine gaming optimizations target sustained high frame rates.
