The MediaTek Dimensity 6500 is a 6 nm mainstream 5G smartphone SoC announced in May 2026 together with the Dimensity 6360. It is the faster of the two, and adds long-range Bluetooth with a claimed reach of up to 2 km. It supports 120 Hz Full HD+ displays with 10-bit color, cameras up to 108 MP, HyperEngine gaming technology and a 3GPP Release 16 modem with 3.3 Gbps peak downlink.
