Intel Xeon W-3275M

28C/56T · 4.4 GHz · 205 W

The Xeon W-3275M is the top model of Intel's Xeon W-3200 (Cascade Lake-W) workstation family, launched in the second quarter of 2019. It pairs 28 cores and 56 threads with the M-series memory ceiling of 2 TB of six-channel DDR4 ECC memory, for the largest single-socket workstation configurations of its generation; clocks and cache match the standard W-3275.

Notes
The Xeon W-3200 series is not included in Microsoft's supported-processor lists for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2, and 26H2 keeps the same requirements, so Windows 10 is the newest Windows release that is supported. Current Linux distributions install and run normally on this workstation platform; ChromeOS is not applicable and macOS is tracked for Apple-designed cores only.
