Intel Xeon W-3245M

16C/32T · 4.4 GHz · 205 W

The Xeon W-3245M is the high-memory version of Intel's sixteen-core Xeon W-3245 workstation processor from the Cascade Lake-W family, launched in the second quarter of 2019. The M suffix raises the supported memory capacity from 1 TB to 2 TB of six-channel DDR4 ECC memory, aimed at workstations that hold very large datasets, scenes or simulations in RAM; clocks and cache are the same as the standard W-3245.

Notes
The Xeon W-3200 series is not included in Microsoft's supported-processor lists for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2, and 26H2 keeps the same requirements, so Windows 10 is the newest Windows release that is supported. Current Linux distributions install and run normally on this workstation platform; ChromeOS is not applicable and macOS is tracked for Apple-designed cores only.
