28C/56T · 3.8 GHz · 255 W

The Xeon W-3175X is a 28-core, 56-thread unlocked workstation processor from Intel's 14 nm Xeon W-3100 (Skylake-W) family, launched in the fourth quarter of 2018 and available from 30 January 2019 through system integrators. Built for C621-based enthusiast workstation boards such as the ASUS ROG Dominus Extreme, it combined six-channel DDR4 memory and full overclocking support, and its 255 W rating typically called for high-end liquid cooling.

Notes
Skylake-W predates the 8th-generation-or-later requirement on Microsoft's supported-processor lists for Windows 11 24H2, 25H2 and 26H2, so Windows 10 is the newest Windows release that is supported. Current Linux distributions install and run normally on this workstation platform; ChromeOS is not applicable and macOS is tracked for Apple-designed cores only.
