Intel Xeon W-2145

8C/16T · 4.5 GHz · 140 W

The Xeon W-2145 is an eight-core, sixteen-thread model of Intel's Xeon W-2100 (Skylake-W) workstation family, launched in August 2017. It keeps the high 4.5 GHz Turbo Boost of the smaller models while adding cores for rendering and simulation, and was widely used in single-socket workstations from major OEMs.

Notes
Skylake-W predates the 8th-generation-or-later requirement on Microsoft's supported-processor lists for Windows 11 24H2, 25H2 and 26H2, so Windows 10 is the newest Windows release that is supported. Current Linux distributions install and run normally on this workstation/server platform; ChromeOS is not applicable and macOS is tracked for Apple-designed cores only.
