The Y suffix marks support for Intel Speed Select Technology - Performance Profile, which lets operators switch between 40 cores at 2.0 GHz, 36 cores at 2.1 GHz and 32 cores at 2.3 GHz within the same 300 W TDP, and the plus sign means one QuickAssist, Dynamic Load Balancer, Data Streaming and In-Memory Analytics accelerator device is enabled by default. AVX-512 and Intel AMX accelerate AI inference.
