Notes
Microsoft lists support at series level (3rd Generation Xeon Scalable Processors), covering Windows 10 and Windows 11 24H2/25H2; no Windows 11 26H2 supported-processor list has been published yet. In practice these systems run Windows Server or an enterprise Linux distribution; ChromeOS is not offered for server platforms. macOS is tracked for Apple-designed cores only.
