Intel Xeon Phi 7210F

64C/256T · 1.5 GHz · 230 W

The Xeon Phi 7210F is the fabric-integrated version of the entry 64-core Xeon Phi 7210, part of the second-generation Knights Landing family for high-performance computing, and was added in late 2016. The F suffix marks the version with Intel Omni-Path Architecture fabric integrated on the package, which lets cluster nodes connect without a separate network card; the fabric takes most of the processor's PCI Express connectivity, leaving four external lanes, and adds 15 W to the TDP. Like the 7210 it pairs 16 GB of on-package MCDRAM with up to 384 GB of DDR4-2133.

Notes
Intel validated Xeon Phi x200 processors for Linux and Windows Server rather than client Windows, and they are not on Microsoft's supported-processor lists for Windows 11 24H2, 25H2 or 26H2. Knights Landing support remains in mainline Linux kernels, so current Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch releases boot on it. ChromeOS is not offered for this platform.
