Intel Xeon Gold 6354

18C/36T · 3.6 GHz · 205 W

An 18-core, 36-thread Xeon Gold from the third-generation Xeon Scalable (Ice Lake-SP) family, launched in April 2021. It is a frequency-optimized model with a 3.0 GHz base clock, up to 3.6 GHz turbo and a large 39 MB L3 cache in a 205 W TDP, suited to per-core-licensed software. Intel Speed Select Technology - Base Frequency can run eight high-priority cores at 3.1 GHz while the other ten run at 2.8 GHz. It supports dual-socket servers over three UPI links, with eight channels of DDR4-3200 memory and 64 lanes of PCIe 4.0.

Notes
Microsoft lists the 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable family in the supported-processor lists for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 and for Windows 10 22H2; Microsoft has not published a separate 26H2 list, and the 25H2 entries still apply. Windows 11 additionally requires TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot on the platform. Server deployments normally run Windows Server or an enterprise Linux distribution.
