Intel Xeon 6962P

72C/144T · 3.9 GHz · 500 W

The Xeon 6962P is a 72-core, 144-thread member of Intel's Xeon 6900P series (Granite Rapids-AP) for one- and two-socket servers on the Avenue City platform, added to the lineup in Q3 2025 after the initial September 2024 launch. Unlike most of the series it holds a 3.9 GHz all-core turbo, and Priority Core Turbo lets up to 8 cores reach 4.4 GHz. It supports 12-channel DDR5 or MRDIMM memory and Intel AMX for AI inference.
