Intel Xeon 6788P

86C/172T · 3.8 GHz · 350 W

The Xeon 6788P is an 86-core, 172-thread model of Intel's Xeon 6700P series (Granite Rapids-SP), launched in the first quarter of 2025. It is the highest core-count model that scales to four- and eight-socket servers, combining 336 MB of L3 cache per socket with 8-channel DDR5 for very large in-memory databases and mission-critical systems. It launched at $19,000, and Intel later raised its recommended price.
