Intel Processor N250

4C/4T · 3.8 GHz · 6 W

The Intel Processor N250 is the top model of Intel's Twin Lake N-series, launched in the first quarter of 2025 as a light refresh of the Alder Lake-N Processor N200. It keeps the same design of four Gracemont efficiency cores, 32-EU graphics and a 6 W base power, but raises the maximum CPU frequency to 3.8 GHz and the graphics frequency to 1.25 GHz, targeting budget laptops, Chromebooks and mini PCs.

Notes
Microsoft's supported processor lists for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 include the Intel Processor N-series, and Windows 10 is supported as well. Microsoft has not published a separate processor list for Windows 11 26H2, so the 25H2 status is carried over. Mainstream Linux distributions are supported, and the chip is also used in Chromebooks.
