The Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 255H is a 16-core Arrow Lake processor from Intel's Core Ultra Series 2 mobile lineup, launched in the first quarter of 2025 for the Laptop segment. Its 6 Performance-cores, 8 Efficiency-cores and 2 Low Power Efficiency-cores (no Hyper-Threading) handle 16 threads, with P-cores running at a 2.00 GHz base clock and Turbo Boost reaching 5.10 GHz, backed by 24 MB of Intel Smart Cache within a 28 W base power envelope (up to 115 W turbo). Manufactured on TSMC's N3B process in the FCBGA2049 package, it integrates an Intel Arc 140T GPU clocked up to 2.25 GHz alongside dual-channel LPDDR5X-8400 or DDR5-6400 memory supporting up to 128 GB, though it does not support ECC memory. An integrated Intel AI Boost NPU delivers 13 TOPS of dedicated AI acceleration. It supports AVX2, SSE4.2 and AES-NI, but does not implement AVX-512. Aimed at thin-and-light laptops, it targets mainstream mobile computing with efficient hybrid-core performance, capable Arc graphics and on-device AI capability.
