Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 332

6C/6T · 4.4 GHz · 25 W

The Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 332 is a mobile processor from Intel's Core Ultra Series 3 (Panther Lake) family, launched in January 2026 on Intel's 18A process node. It combines 2 Cougar Cove performance cores with 4 Darkmont low-power efficiency cores for 6 cores and 6 threads, running at a 2.50 GHz performance-core base clock with Turbo Boost up to 4.40 GHz within a 25 W base / 55 W turbo power envelope. It includes 12 MB of Intel Smart Cache, integrated Intel Graphics (Xe3 architecture, 2 Xe-cores) reaching up to 2.30 GHz, and a built-in NPU rated at 46 TOPS (INT8) for on-device AI workloads. It supports dual-channel LPDDR5X-7467 or DDR5-6400 memory up to 128 GB. Unlike the closely related Core Ultra 5 322, it is Intel vPro-eligible with Standard Manageability and Total Memory Encryption - Multi-Key support, targeting business laptops that need remote manageability and hardware-based security.
