Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 135U

Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 135U is a 15 W mobile processor from the Core Ultra Series 1 (Meteor Lake) family, launched in December 2023. It combines two Redwood Cove performance cores, eight Crestmont efficient cores and two low-power efficient cores for 12 cores and 14 threads, reaching 4.4 GHz on the performance cores, with 12 MB of Intel Smart Cache and a 15 W base / 57 W maximum turbo power envelope. The compute tile is built on the Intel 4 process and assembled with Intel Foveros 3D packaging. Integrated graphics are a four Xe-core Intel Graphics GPU running at up to 1.9 GHz, and the Intel AI Boost NPU is rated at 11 INT8 TOPS. Memory support covers LPDDR5X up to 7467 MT/s and DDR5 up to 5600 MT/s, two channels and 96 GB maximum, alongside 20 lanes of PCIe 4.0 in an FCBGA2049 package.
