Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500

1C/1T · 6 W

The Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 is a single-core ultra-low-voltage notebook processor built on Intel's 45 nm "Penryn-L" die, launched in the second quarter of 2009. It trades the second core of the SU9000 series for a much smaller power budget, and was used in premium ultraportables and high-end netbooks where runtime mattered more than multi-threaded speed.

Notes
Not supported by Windows 11: version 24H2 and later require the POPCNT and SSE4.2 instructions, which Penryn (SSE4.1) does not have. Windows 10 runs, as do Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch Linux, which still target the baseline x86-64 (v1) ISA. Not a supported ChromeOS Flex platform.
