Intel Core m3-7Y30

2C/4T · 2.6 GHz · 5 W

The Intel Core m3-7Y30 is a dual-core, four-thread mobile processor from Intel's 7th Generation Core m family, built on the 14 nm Kaby Lake microarchitecture. It runs at a 1.00 GHz base frequency and boosts to 2.60 GHz, with 4 MB of Intel Smart Cache and integrated Intel HD Graphics 615. Its 4.5 W TDP, configurable from 3.75 W up to 7 W, lets system builders use it in fanless tablets, 2-in-1 convertibles and ultraportable notebooks. The chip supports up to 16 GB of LPDDR3-1866 or DDR3L-1600 memory across two channels and ships in an FCBGA1515 package. It launched in the third quarter of 2016 and has since been discontinued.
