Intel Core i3-4340

2C/4T · 54 W

The Core i3-4340 is a dual-core, four-thread 4th Gen Haswell desktop processor for the LGA 1150 platform, introduced in the third quarter of 2013 as the top model of the Haswell Core i3 line at launch. It runs at a fixed 3.6 GHz without Turbo Boost, has 4 MB of cache and Intel HD Graphics 4600, and fits a 54 W TDP. Unlike Core i5 and i7 models of the same generation it supports ECC memory when paired with a workstation chipset such as the C226.

Notes
Windows 11 requires 8th Gen Intel Core or newer, so this processor is not on Microsoft's supported lists for 24H2, 25H2 or 26H2; Windows 10 is supported. Mainstream Linux distributions run on it, and ChromeOS Flex installs on generic x86-64 hardware.
