Intel Core i3-4025U

2C/4T · 15 W

The Intel Core i3-4025U is a dual-core mobile processor from the 4th Generation Intel Core family, based on the 22 nm Haswell-U design and released in the second quarter of 2014. Its two Hyper-Threaded cores run at a fixed 1.90 GHz without Turbo Boost, backed by 3 MB of L3 cache. The 15 W package is soldered down in FCBGA1168 form and integrates Intel HD Graphics 4400 with a 950 MHz maximum dynamic frequency, a dual-channel DDR3L/LPDDR3-1600 memory controller addressing up to 16 GB, and 10 lanes of PCI Express 2.0. It was aimed at thin-and-light notebooks where battery life mattered more than peak performance.
