2C/2T · 2 W

The Intel Atom x3-C3130 is an entry-level smartphone system-on-chip from Intel's SoFIA family, announced at MWC in March 2015 for low-cost Android phones. It combines two Silvermont cores at 1.0 GHz with an ARM Mali-400 MP2 GPU and an integrated 2G/3G (HSPA+) modem on one die, which was manufactured by TSMC on a 28 nm process rather than in Intel's own fabs.
