Notes
Microsoft's Windows 11 24H2 supported-processor list predates the Ryzen Z2 Series and does not name it, while the 25H2 list names the Ryzen Z2 Series; 26H2 keeps the same hardware requirements. AMD publishes no OS support list for the Z2 Go, but it uses the same Rembrandt-R silicon as the Ryzen 7035 Series, which AMD supports on Windows 10. Fedora and Arch Linux run on mainline kernels (SteamOS also supports the chip), and ChromeOS Flex installs on generic 64-bit x86 hardware.
