AMD PlayStation 4 Slim APU (CUH-2000)

8C/8T

The PlayStation 4 Slim APU is the semi-custom AMD system-on-chip in Sony's slimmer CUH-2000 PlayStation 4, launched on 15 September 2016. It is a 16 nm die shrink of the original 28 nm Liverpool processor, keeping the same eight Jaguar cores at 1.6 GHz and 18-CU GCN graphics at 800 MHz with 8 GB of shared GDDR5, so game performance matches the launch model while power draw, heat and console size are reduced.
