AMD EPYC Embedded 3451

16C/32T · 3.0 GHz · 80 W

Flagship of AMD's EPYC Embedded 3000 Series (Snowy Owl), launched in February 2018 with sixteen Zen cores and 32 threads. Two Zen dies share one BGA package, providing quad-channel memory, 64 PCIe lanes and up to eight integrated 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and its TDP can be configured between 80 and 100 W. Notes
The EPYC Embedded 3000 Series is not on Microsoft's Windows 11 24H2 or 25H2 supported-processor lists, and Windows 11 26H2 keeps the same hardware requirements. As a standard x86-64 processor it meets the Windows 10 requirements. Mainline Linux supports Zen-based EPYC processors, so mainstream distributions such as Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch run on it.
