The EPYC 7F52 is a 16-core, 32-thread member of AMD's high-frequency EPYC 7F2 series, launched on April 14, 2020 as an addition to the second-generation EPYC (Rome) family. It spreads its 16 cores across all eight 7 nm compute dies with one active core per core complex, giving each core a full 16 MB slice of the 256 MB L3 cache.
